Minimum order quantities
Most StillPods models can be ordered from a single unit. Project pricing applies from three meeting pods or five phone booths, and the best value comes from mixed loads that fill a shipping container.

Packing and freight
Pods ship flat-packed in wooden crates with protected glass and numbered panels, which keeps volume down and makes site delivery easier.

- Crate sizes and weights confirmed before shipping, for access planning
Delivery to site
Pods are heavy. A single booth weighs several hundred kilograms assembled, so delivery needs a little planning.
Access
Check goods lift size and weight limits, door widths and the route to the final position.
Installation
Booths are typically assembled by two people in a few hours. We can recommend installers or supply guides for your own team.
Duties and VAT
Import duty and VAT depend on the destination and the product classification. Your quote shows which costs are included.
Where we deliver
Our main markets are the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia. We also supply projects in Europe, North America and the Gulf.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes. Australia is one of our main markets. Transit times are shorter than to the UK, and we quote delivery to your city or site.
Can you deliver to more than one site?
Yes. Crates are marked per site so a single shipment can be split for staged deliveries.
Who handles customs?
Your quote states the delivery terms. Where delivery to site is included, customs clearance is arranged as part of the delivery.
