Office pod FAQ

Answers to the questions buyers ask most about ordering, performance, delivery and compliance.

Ordering

Can we order a single pod?

Yes. Most models can be ordered from one unit. Project pricing applies from five phone booths or three meeting pods.

Do you sell to end users or only to trade?

Both. We supply companies fitting out their own offices as well as fit-out contractors, dealers and furniture brands.

How do we get a price?

Use the quote form with your models, quantities and delivery country. We aim to reply within one working day with pricing and next steps.

Do you offer OEM or private label pods?

Yes. Pods can be supplied under your brand with your colours, logo and documentation. See our OEM page for options.

Product and performance

How soundproof are office pods?

Our models are factory-rated between 30 and 45 dB of noise reduction. No pod is completely silent, and real results depend on the surrounding noise and room acoustics.

Are the pods ventilated?

Yes. Each pod has fans that exchange the air inside, and most models switch the fan and light on automatically when someone enters.

What power do the pods need?

A standard socket. Pods are supplied with plugs and sockets for your country, including UK three-pin.

What ceiling height do we need?

Most pods are 2.2 to 2.35 m tall. Allow some clearance above for ventilation, so a ceiling height of about 2.4 m or more is usually needed.

Can pods be moved later?

Yes. Pods are bolted together rather than built in, so they can be dismantled and reassembled if your layout changes.

Lead time, samples and delivery

How long does production take?

Typically 15 to 25 working days after drawings and finishes are approved.

How long does shipping to the UK take?

Sea freight usually adds five to seven weeks, plus customs clearance and delivery to site.

Can we see samples before ordering?

Yes. We can send finish references, swatch kits or a sample pod for larger projects. Sample costs and delivery are quoted by our team based on the model and quantity.

Who assembles the pods?

A booth is typically assembled by two people in a few hours. We can recommend installers or provide assembly guides for your own team.

Compliance and documents

Do office pods need building regulations approval?

Pods are freestanding furniture rather than building work, but your landlord, building manager or fire officer may want to review them, particularly for fire detection and escape routes. Share the drawings early.

Can you provide fire and acoustic test reports?

Where the factory holds test reports for a model, we can share them for your configuration on request. Ask before ordering if your client requires specific standards.

Is there a warranty?

Warranty terms depend on the model and are stated in your quote. Keep the crate labels and order number to make any claim straightforward.
